At the Session of Oyer & Terminer of our Sovereign Lord the
King holden for the County of Middx at Hick's hall in St. John
Street in the County aforesaid by Adjornment on Saturday the
Seventeenth day of January in the Ninth year of the reign
of our Sovereign Lord George the Second King of Great Britain
Etc.

was tried and Acquitted upon an Indictment against
him for a Misdemeanor & Forgery is Ordered to be delivered
paying his Fees. 12s.8d

Samuell Spittle< no role >

who hath pleaded Guilty to an Indictment against
him for a Trespass Fraud & Misdemeanor

is fined for the said Offence One Shilling to be Estreated
And he is Ordered to be delivered out of New Prison and
is Committed to the House of Correction at Clerkenwell in
this County there to be kept to hard Labour for the Space
of three Months then to be delivered 4s:8d

James Mc. Colleugh< no role > otherwise Mc. Cullock< no role >

was tryed and Acquitted upon
an Indictment against him at the prosecution of Thomas Miller< no role >
for a Trespass Fraud and Misdemeanor when Delivered to pay
12s:8d. And the said James Mac Colleugh otherwise Mc.Cullock
was tried and Convicted upon another Indictment against him
at the prosecution of William Taylor< no role > for the like Offence is
fined for the said Offence three Shillings & four pence, And
he is to be delivered out of New Prison aforesaid and he
is Committed to the House of Correction at Clerkenwell in
this County there to be kept to hard Labour for the Space
of three Months then to be delivered paying his Fees
12s.8d. in all £1:5s:4d

the wife of John Hart< no role > who hath pleaded not Guilty
to an Indictment against her for a Trespass Fraud & Misde=
=meanor is Ordered to find Sufficient Sureties for her Performance
appearance at the next Session of Oyer & Terminer to be
holden for this County to try her Traverse upon the said
Indictment before one of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for this County To Remain till she find Such
Sureties then to be delivered paying her Fees7s
