At the Session of Oyer & Terminer [..] of our Sovereign Lord
the King Holden for the County of Middx at Hicks Hall
in the St. John Street in the County aforesaid by Adjornment
on Saturday the Seventeenth Day of January in the
Ninth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George
the Second King of Great Britain Etc.

Who hath pleaded Guilty to an Indictment against
him for a trespass Fraud & Misdemeanor is fined for the [..]
said Offence one Shilling to be Estreated And he is Ordered
to be delivered out of New Prison , And is Committed to the
House of Correction at Clerkenwell in this County there
to be kept to hard Labour for the Space of three Months
then to be delivered4s:8d

James Mc Cullough< no role > otherwise Mc. Cullock< no role >

was tried and acquitted
upon an Indictment against him at the prosecution of Thomas
Miller
< no role > for a Trespass Fraud and Misdemeanor when delivered
to pay 12s-8d And the said James Mr. Cullough otherwise
Mc. Cullock was tried & Convicted upon another Indictment
against him at the prosecution of William Taylor< no role > for the
like Offence is fined for the said Offence three Shillings
& four Pence And he is to be delivered out of New
Prison aforesaid, And he is Committed to the House of
Correction at Clerkenwell in this County there to be kept
to hard Labour for the Space of three Months then to be
delivered paying his Fees 12s-8d in all £1:5s:4d
