heard & determined by this Court on this present Monday the
twenty third day of February instant at ten of the clock in the
forenoon, And the notice of the said appeale & of the same Order
should be given to the Justices of the peace for this County who were present
at the special Sessions aforesaid, to the intent that they might be present
in this Court at the time aforesaid, And the said James Baker< no role > and
other persons concerned were required (Upon the notice of the said appeale & Order)
to attend this Court on the said twenty third day of February instant
of ten of the clock in the forenoon to heare & abide the Judgment &
determination of this Court touching the Said appeale, Now upon
hearing of what was alledged by Councel for the said Appellants and
also by Councel for the Said Justices (who were present at the said
special Sessions) and for the Said James Baker< no role > & other persons
concerned, and upon examination into the truth of the matters
[..] in question This Court doth dismiss the said petition and
appeale, and the same is hereby dismissed accordingly,
