in the Said Act or Mistery of a Gold Smith, did pay unto the Said Charles<lb></lb>
Nicholas Seur Devall the Sume of ten pounds, and contracted to find &<lb></lb>
provide for the Petr. clothing of all Kinds during his Seven yeares Apprenticeships<lb></lb>

Six Weeks agoe the Said Charles Nicholas Sour Devall<lb></lb>
left his habitation, and hath Since left the Kingdom or Secrets himself<lb></lb>
herein, And that the<lb></lb>
petr. is left destitute not only of learning his trade, but also of those<lb></lb>
Necessarys, which by the Said Indenture of apprentice Ship the Said Charles<lb></lb>
Seur Devall covenanted to provide for him, And that the Said Charles Nicholas<lb></lb>
Sour Devall hath Since his abssonding Sent the petr. his Indenture of<lb></lb>
Apprenticeship but others will not take him apprentice till he Shall be dischareged<lb></lb>
from his former Apprenticeship by this Court. And the Petr. therefore humbly<lb></lb>
prayed this Court to Order the Petr. to be discharged from the Said Indenture of<lb></lb>
