[..] of Middlesex at their General Sessions Assembled

The humble Peticonr and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. George in the Said County

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the hands
and Seals of Richard Farmer< no role > and Thomas Exelbee< no role > Esqrs two of
his Maties Justices of the Peace of the Said County (One being of
the Quorum) dated 17th day of August 1734 Mary Lester< no role > and
Anna Maria< no role > her Daughter aged ten years and whose were
removed from the Parish of St. Mary White Chappel in the
Said County to the Parish of St. George in the Said County as
the Peace of their last legal Settlement

That Your Petr think themselves agrieved by the Said
Order of the Said two Justices and most humbly Appeal to
Your Worspl against the Same

Therefore most humbly prays your Worspsl
Will Appoint a day this Sessions for the
hearing and determining the Same And that
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of St. Mary White Cheppel
abovesaid and all other parties may then
Attend
