At the Session of Oyer and Terminer of our Sovereign Lord the King
holden for the County of Middx at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in the
Countyof Middx aforesaid by Adjornment on Saturday the thirteenth
day of July in the Eighth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord
George the Second King of Great Britain France and Ireland
Defender of the Faith.

who have pleaded not Guilty to an Indictment against
them for keeping two ill. governed and disorderly Rooms
are to remain in New Prison aforesaid untill they find Sufficient Sureties
[..] for their personal appearance at the next Sessions of Oyer and
Terminer to be held for this County to prosecute their traverseupon
with effect upon the Said Indictment, Then to be delivered paying
their Fees Severally 4s,,8d

who were tryed and convicted upon an
Indictment against them for a trespasse
conspiracy & Misdemeanour are Ordered
to be put in & upon the pillory on two Several days as the Sheriffe of this County
Shall forthwith appoint (to wit) one day in Broad Street
faceing Berwick Street and Poland Street , and on the other day
at St. Giles's pound one hour on each day between twelve a
clock at noon and two a clock in the afternoon, And they are
comitted to the House of Correction at Clerkenwell there to be
kept to hard Labour for the Space of one year, then to be
delivered paying their Fees Severally2s,,2d.

By Adjornment on Wednesday the 17th. day of July 1734.

him for uttering a false and Counterfeit Guinea knowing the Same
to be false and Counterfeit is comitted to New Prison aforesaid
there to remain untill he Find Sufficient Sureties for his
personal appearance at the next Session of Oyer and Terminer
to be holden for this County to prosecute his traverse with
effect upon the Said Indictment, Then to be delivered paying
his Fees 4s,,8d.
