Indictmt. agt. one for a Libel preferred by one Charlesworth
as it being a matter purely relating to my office practice
as an Attorney (only giving a Notice of Motion) I humbly
Conceive it did not Lye before the Grand Jury & Crave
the favour of having a Copy thereof is Order to advise
thereon & that I may not be put to any unnecessary
trouble or Expence by a pson who'se Character is to
flagrant
