The Humble petition and Appll:
of the Overseers of the poor of the
Precinct of St Catherines in the
sd County

Sheweth

That by Warrt: or Order of Removall
under the hands and Seals of Robt. Sax< no role > and Thos
Jones< no role > Esqrs: Two of his Maties Justices of the
Peace for the said County (one being of the Quorum
Johanna Huxford< no role > Wido : was removed from the
Parish of St George in the said County to
the Precinct of St Catherine in the same
County as the place of the last legall Settlement
of the said Johanna Huxford< no role > That Your
Petitioners think themselves agrieved by the sd:
Order and Humbly Appeals against the
same And prays that your Worships will
appoint a day this Sessions for the hearing and
determining of the same and that the Churchwardn:
and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of St
George and all other persons concerned may
be Summoned to Accond this Court to hear and abide
the Judgment and determination of the same
