Blackwall praying that the hearing of the sd. appeale
may be adjourned This Court upon hearing of
Mr. Theedof Councell for the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor of the said parish of woolwick
Doth Order That (on payment of the sum of fourty
shillings by the Churchwarden & Overseers of the
poor of the said hamlet unto the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor of the said parish of woolwick
or one of them for their costs of this days attendance on this
Court with Councel & witnesses to prosecute their sd.
appeale, which costs are accordingly paid the hearing & determining
of the said appeale be and the same is hereby adjourned
untill the next General Sessions of the peace to be
holden for the said County of Middx, And that the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the said
parish of woolwick and hamlet of poplar & Blackwall
doeand all persons concerned doe attend the Court
of the said next General Sessions of the peace to be
holden for the said County of Middx by adjournment
on wednesday the twenty ninth day of May next at
ten of the clock in the forenoon to heare & abide
the Judgment & determination of the same Court
touching the said appeale, And by consent of
the aforesaid Councel on both sides It is further
Ordered by this Court that if the [..] sd. appeale
shall at the hearing thereof be allowed the

Churchwarden & Overseers of the poor of the said hamlet of
poplar & Blackwall or some or one of them shall forthwith afterwards pay unto theChurchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said parish of Woolwick or one of them such sum of
money as the Court of the same sessions shall
Order & award to be paid unto them for their
costs occasioned by the removal of the said Henry
Freeman
< no role > and his said wife & two children by vertue
or colour of the said Order of the said two Justices from
the said hamlet to the parish of woolwick aforesaid
