maketh Oath that on Wednesday Morning
last abt. two of the Clock She was
called up in order to attend Grace Hill< no role >
(Prosecutrix of the Deft. Thomas Burnaby< no role > )
who was then in Labour and so
continued in a most dangerous Condition
untill three of the Clock in the Morning
the next day being Thursday [..] at which
Time She was brought to bed And
further saith that She has attended the
said Grace Hill from the Time of her
Labour till this Time as her Nurse and
Saith that She the sd. Grave Hill is
at this Time in a very Weak and low
Condition and has never been out of
her bed from the time her lying inn till
last Night when this Dept. was obliged to
call for Assistance two other Women who
with great difficulty took her out of bed [..]
while it was made And fastly this Dept. saith
that she doth verily beleive that the sd. Grace
Hill is not in a Capacity in any respect whatever
to be brought to Town at this present without
the atmost danger of her Life
