To the Right Worpll his Maties Justices of the peace for the
County of Middlx

The humble Peticon & appeale of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the parish of Saint Luke in the County
of Middlesex

Sheweth


That Richard Winnington< no role > aged about eleven yeares Sarah Winnington< no role >
aged about five yeares and Margarett Winnington< no role > aged-
about two yeares p a half (all the lawfull Issue of
Francis Winnington< no role > Marriner & Jane< no role > his wife) by Virtue of
a Warrant under the hands & seales of Nov of his Maties Justices
of the peace for the said County of Middlx (one where of being
of the Quorum) bearing date the 29th. day of October last [..]
were removed from the parish of Saint Paul Shadrwell in
this County to the parish of Saint Luke aforesaid Alledgeing
the said parish is the place of the last legall A settlemt of [..]
said Richard, Sarah, & Margarett, That yoen Petrs doubt [..]
to prove that the said Richard Sarah & Margacett had no
legall settlement in the said parish of Saint Luke whereby-
they Conceive them selves aggrived by the Judgment of the
said two Justices And doe humbly appeale to your Worps
there upon

Your Petrs therefore humbly pray your Worpt. will be
Pleased to appoint a day to hear them in the premiser
And order the Church wardens & Overseers of the poor
of the Parish of Saint Paul Shadwell to hear &
abide the judgment & determinacon of your Worps
touching this Appeale

And your Petrs shall Pray Etc.
