To your Worshipps his Majestys Justices of
the peace for the County of Middlesex

The humble Petition of Thomas Topping< no role > Constable
of the Parish of Littleton in the said County of
Middlesex

Sheweth


That your Petitioner having Served the Office of
a Constable in the said parish of Littleton for about
one whole year and three Quarter is very desirous
to be put onto of The same, and there being no Court
holden in the said Parish and Manor of Littleton
in Several Years, hath no Opportunity of Getting
Out of his said Constableship there

Therefore most humbly prays your Worshipps would be
Pleased to put him Out of his said Constableship and in
his Room he doth Nominate and Appoint Robert Smith< no role > or

Thomas Child< no role > the Younger

of the said Parish of Littleton

And he shall ever pray, an so forth
