Take Notice That I will appear at the Session of Oyer and
Terminer of our Sovereign Lord the King to be holden at Hicks
Hall in Saint John Street in and for the County of Middlesex
on Wednesday next being the fifth day of this instant
December at ten of the Clock in the forenoon and try my
Traverse upon an Indictment by you prferred against
me for a fraud and Misdemeanour to which Indictment
I pleaded Not Guilty last Session Dated this first day
of December 1733
