At the Session of Oyer and Terminer held for the County of
Middlesex at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in the said County
by Adjornment on Saturday the thirteenth day of October
in the Seventh Year of the Reign of his Matie George the
Second of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender
of the Faith.

who was tried and Convicted for an Assault upon a female
Infant with intent to Ravish her is fined for the said Offence
1s. And he is to be Delivered out of Newgate aforesaid and is
Comitted to the House of Correction at Clerkenwell in this County
there to be kept to hard labour for Two Years and he is
ordered to find Sufficient Sureties for his good behaviour for
one Year to comence from the Expiracon of the said Two
Years To Remain till he pay the said Fine undergoe the said
Punishment and find Such Sureties then to be Delivered

who was tried and Convicted upon an Indictment agt. him for uttering
false and counterfeit money is fined for the said Offence 1s. And he
is ordered to be putt and to Stand in and upon the Pillory at Temple
Barr in this County for the Space of One Hour between the Hours of
Twelve of the clock at Noon and two of the clock in the Afternoon
on such Day as the Sheriff of this County Shall forthwith Appoint
with an Inscription in paper to be putt on the breast of the said
Thomas Wood< no role > denoteing his Offence And he is to be Delivered out
of Newgate aforesaid And he is Comitted to the House of Correccon at
Clerkenwell in this County there to be kept to hard labour for Two
Years And he is ordered to find Sufficient Sureties before one of his
Maties Justices of the Peace for this County for his good behaviour for
