At the General Quarter Session of the peace held for the County of
Middlesex at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in the said County by
Adjornment on Saturday the Thirteenth day of October in theSeventh
Year of the Reign of his Matie George the Second of Great Britain
France & Ireland King Defender of the Faith.

who hath pleaded not Guilty to an Indictment agt. him for
an assault Is ordered to find sufficient Sureties for his personall
Appearance at the next General Session of the Peace to be holden
for this county to try his Traverse upon the said Indictment do
Remain till he findsufficientsuch Sureties then to be Delivered
paying his Fees 4:8

this County And is comitted to New Prison at Clerkenwell in this
County there to Remain till he fined Sufficient Sureties for his
personall Appearance at the next Generall Session of the
peace to be holden for this County to try his traverse upon
the said Indictment then to be Delivered paying his Fees.
