To the Right Worshipfull his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex at the Generall Quarter Sessions Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of
the Parish of Saint Mary White Chappell
in the said County.

Sheweth


That by an Order or pass under the hands and Seals of
[..] Ralph Harwood< no role > and Joseph goddard< no role > Esquires Two of his
Majesty's Justices of the peace for the said County of Middlesex (where of
one is of the Quorum Diana Johnson< no role > Widdow with three Children
(Namely) William Johnson< no role > aged about Twelve Years Alexander
Johnson
< no role > Aged about eight Years and Elizabeth Johnson< no role > aged
about five Years the Lawfull Isue of the said Diana Johnson< no role >
and John Johnson< no role > Deceased whereby they were removed from
and out of the parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch in the said
County as to the place of their last legall Settlement

Your Petitions thinking themselves
agreived by the said Order or pass humbly
Appeall against the Same and pray that the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of
the Parish of Saint Leonards Shoreditch
aforesaid and all Other persons Concerned
may Attend this Court to hear and abide
the Judgement and Determination of this
Court Touching the said Appeall And your
Petitioners shall ever Pray.
