Whereas at the last Generall Sessions of the peace
held for the County of Middx I Pleaded a Plea of
Misnomer to the Jndictmt. by your preferred against
me for keeping a disorderly Skettle ground in the
Parish of St Anderw Holborn

These are to give you Notice that unless you rep
to the said Plea by Saturday next being the
thirteenth Day of this Justant October at ten
of the Clock in the forenoon I will then & there
appear on my Recognizance & pray the Court
that my said Plea of Misnomer may be allowed
Dated this 8th Day of October 1733.
