To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlx in Generall Sessions at Hicks hall Assembled

The humble Petition & Appeale of the Churchwdns:
& Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Ann
Westminster in the said county of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by virtue of a Pass Warrant under the Hands & Seals
of samuel Grey< no role > and Thomas Deveil< no role > Esqr two of this Majestys
Justices of the peace for the City & Librty of Westminster bearing
late the Fourteenth day of July last Mary Allen< no role > aged about
Thirty five years Wife of John Allen< no role > gone from her and their
three children (that is to say) Elizabeth < no role > aged about thirteen
years Henrietta < no role > Eight years & Ann < no role > upwards of two years were
removed from the Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields in the
Liberty of the City of westmr in the said County of Middlesex
to the said Parish Saint ann whereby your Petitioners
conceive themselves to be aggrieved

Therefore humbly appeal to your Worships against
the adjudgment of the said two Justice & Pray
your Worships will be Pleased to Order that the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Martin in the fields & all Persons
concerned do attend this Court some day in this
Present Sessions to hear & abide the Judgement
& Determination of this Court touching the
said Appeal.
