That by virtue of a Pass Warrant under the Hands & Seals

for the City & Librty of Westminster
bearing
late the Fourteenth day of July last

Thirty five years Wife of

gone from her and their
three children (that is to say)

aged about thirteen
years

Eight years &
Ann < no role >
upwards of two years were
removed from the Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields
in the
Liberty of the City of westmr in the said County of Middlesex
to the said Parish Saint ann
whereby your Petitioners
conceive themselves to be aggrieved
Therefore humbly appeal to your Worships against
the adjudgment of the said two Justice & Pray
your Worships will be Pleased to Order that the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Martin in the fields
& all Persons
concerned do attend this Court some day in this
Present Sessions to hear & abide the Judgement
& Determination of this Court touching the
said Appeal.
