Newprison thursday morning

Worthy Sir


I hope you will be pleased to Excuse me In takeing
this freedom to trouble you Butt it Is my Great necessity
that Leads me to it and i make bold to Lett you know
that I am An Unfortunate man that was putt Into
Newprison three months Agoe Robt. Cundull< no role > was the
prosecutor this Is worthy Sir to Sett you know I have
Laid one the Bare Boards all the time in a very
mean and Low Condition Being almost Lost for
want of Sustinance what Is worse I have a wife
and Child in the Like Condition Being in no way
of Getting of Bread Butt By my hand Labour So
that Sir i humbly hope your will be pleased to
take my misserable Case into your Consideration
is one time In Standing my friend Concerning
the Court fees it Being intirely out of my power
to pay them and in your Looking one me with
an Eye of pity I shall in the humblest manner
Be In duty Ever bound to pray Sir I Subscribe
my Self your humble Unfortunate petitioner
