To the Worshipfull His Majestys Justices
of the peace for the County of Middlesex Assembled
in Generall Sessions at Hicks's Hall in the said
County.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Saint George Hanover Square in
the County aforesaid

Sheweth


That by Vertue of a Pass Warrant or
Order under the hands and Seals of John Ellis< no role > and
Miles Harper< no role > Esqrs: two of His Majestys Justices of the
Peace for the said County of Middlesex (one whereof being of
the Quorum) bearing date the twenty fourth day of
August Instant Frances Dexter< no role > Widow of William
Dexter
< no role > was removed from the Parish of Saint James
Westminster in the County of Middlesex aforesaid to the
Parish of Saint George Hanover Square As the place of her
last legall Settlement Whereby your Petitioners
think themselves Agrieved.

Your Petitioners therefore humbly
Prays this Court will please to
Appoint a time for hearing the said
Appeal and that all persons Concerned
may Attend at the same time

And your Petitioners shall ever Pray & so forth
