At the GeneralQuarterSession of the peace of our sovereign
Lord the King Holden for the County of Middx at Hickshall in
St. John Street in the County aforesaid by adjornment o [..]
Thursday the tenth day of May in the sixth yeare of the reign
of our sovereign Lord George the second King of Great
Britain France and Ireland Defender of the Faith before
William Cowper< no role > Nicholas Jeffreys< no role > William Dobyns< no role > Barwell
Smith
< no role > Esquires and other their Fellows Justices of our said
Lord the King assigned to keep the peace in the County
aforesaid and alsoe to heare and determine divers felonys
trespasses and other evil deeds committed in the same
County,

It is Ordered by this Court that John Payne< no role > Gent high-
-Constable within the Hundred of Elthorne in this County
doe personally attend and deliver to the Court of the next
General Quarter Session of the peace to be holden for this
County at Hickshall in St. John Steet in the said County
by adjornment on Thursday the twenty eighth day of
June next at one of the clock in the afternoon of the
same day a true and perfect account in writing
of all and every sum and sums of money by him
already received or to be received for releife of maimed
Soldiers and Mariners, for the Marshalsea Kings Bench
and hospitalls , for the passing and releiving of Vagrants,
and for repaire of the publick Bridges of this County, or
for any of the purposes aforesaid, and of his payments
out of the same, to gether with the receipts and vouchers
to him given for such payments, and alsoe a true
account in writing of all such arreares as are yet
standing out and unreceived and whichbecause
have become payable or ought to be levyed and
received Upon the Several Rates made for raiseing of
moneys for any of the purposes aforesaid from [..] any
and what parishes or places within his District or
Division, and of the true Christian Names and sur named
of the petty Constables and Parish officers who have made
default in not paying the said arreares, And the [..]
John Payne< no role > is hereby required forthwith to rai [..]
and receive all such arreares as aforesaid and [..]
the same in his said Account, As he will answ [..]
at his peril,

and alsoe Treasurerfeof the moneys collected & received for the Marshalsea
Kings Bench and hospitalls for the Hundreds of Elthorne Spelthorne and
Isleworth in the said County
