At the General Quarter Session of the peace of our Sovereign Lord the
King holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint John
Street in the County aforesaid by adjornment on Thursday the fifth day
of April in the Sixth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George
the Second King of Great Britain France and IrelandKingDefender of
the Faith.

Whereas the respective persons hereunder named are Severally fined
by this Court the Sum of three pounds Six Shillings and eight pence
upon a presentment made and retorned against them at this
present Sessions pursuant to the late Act of Parliament in Such
case made for not repairing the pavements before or belonging to
their respective houses or tenements in the parish of Saint George
Bloomsbury in this County, the same being out of repaire, It is
Ordered by this Court that the Surveyors of the Streets in the said
parish of Some or one of them do forthwith give notice of the said
presentment and Fine unto the respective persons soe fined as
aforesaid, And that the said Fine of three pounds Six Shillings and
eight pence will be Estreated and Levyed upon them respectively
according to Law unless the said respective pavements be
effectually repaired and amended within one week next after
such notice given as aforesaid.
