Holborn in the County of Middlesex Perukemaker
maketh oath that he the said John Williams< no role > did
both yesterday and today being the tenth and
eleventh days of this instant month of May
go to the lodgings of Ann Watson< no role > in red rox
Alley in white cross street in order to give her
[..] notice to a Hend this Court as this day she
being the principal evidence in an Appeal
ordered to be heard this day between the
severall Parishes of Saint Giles without Cripplegate
and Saint Andrew Holborn in this County, [..]
whom this Deponent found Dangerously ill
a bed attended by an Apothecary and not in a
condition to come abroad without eminent
danger to her health as this Deponent has been
informed and beleives
