At the General Quarter Sessions of the peace
of Our sovereign Lord the King holden for the
County of Middlesex at Hickshall in Saint
John Street in the County aforesaid byadjorn
adjornment on Thursday the fifth day of
April in the sixth yeare of the reign of our
sovereign Lord George the second King of
Great Britain France and Ireland Defender
of the Faith before William Cowper< no role > John Martin< no role >
Alexander Garrett< no role > Thomas Exelbee< no role > Esquires
and other their Fellows Justices of our said
Lord the King assigned to keep the peace in the
County aforesaid and alsoe to heare and
determine divers felonys trespasses and other
evil deeds committed in the same County,

Whereas the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the poor of the parish of Saint Andrew
Undershaft in the City of London have exhibited
their humble petition and appeale unto this Court
settingforth that by warrant or Order under the
hands and seales of Nicholas Jeffreys< no role > and Barwell
Smith
< no role > Esquires two of his Majesties Justices of the peace
for the County of Middlesex (one whereof is mentioned
to be of the Quorum) bearing date the twenty seventh
day of February last Mary Bell< no role > was removed and
conveyed from the parish of Saint Andrew Holborn
above the Barrs in the said County of Middlesex
to the parish of Saint Andrew Undershaft aforesaid
in the City of London called in the said Order the united
parishes of Saint Mary Ax and Saint Andrew
Undershaft alledging therein that the said parish of
Saint Andrew Undershaft in the City of London is the
place of the last legal settlement of the said Mary Bell< no role > ,
