Information being given to this Court that one

hath brought his action in his
majesties Court of Kings BenchCommon Pleasat westminster
against the Inhabitants of the Hundred of Ossulston
in this County for a robbery by him pretended to
have been committed upon him within the said
Hundred, And that it is proper that a defence
should be made for the said Inhabitants in the
said action, It is Ordered by this Court that Mr.

Attorney
at Lawone of the Attorneys of the said Court
of Common pleasbe directed and employed
And he is hereby directed todofmake a defence
