this Cause maketh Oath that about
March last he had his Trunk broke.
Open at his Lodgings in Kinginton
on a Sunday and to the value of Upwou [..]
of fifety Pound taken thereout being
all the Worldy Substance he had and
was not left worth five Shillings expect
his Cloath. on his back, That he had
the Deft Apprhended on Suspition of
the Felony & Comitted to [..]
Bridwell & Sometime after dyed in
Newgate as he is very well Informed
that this Dept through Greife of looking
all his Substance & Sickness was. not
able to Attend the Next Sessions to
peferr abile of Indictmt. & being interdly
Ignorant did not trouble himselfe
Since till he Recd. A printed Notice
to Appear this Sessions he further
Deposeth that he is not Worth
[..] five Shillings in any Worldy
Substance
