Justice Gifford in May last to answer the Compt. of Valentine
Rolf< no role > for an Assault & this Depont. further Maketh
Oath that he hath made diligent search & enquiry
after the sd Avery in Order to apprehend &
take the sd Avery & hath taken out a Bench
Warrt. for that purpose but hath not been
able to find out the sd Avery soe as toapp
apprehend & take him the sd Avery
