on Wednesday last past made Strict Inquiry for Elizabeth
Marshall< no role > the prosecutor in this Cause at Peckham Rye
in the County of Surrey the last place of her Abode that
this Dept. could be informed of, and also at Several
other places in Order to give her Notice in writingthat the Ptr [..]
would appeare on Friday then next at Hicks Hall in
St. John Street at the Sessions of the peace then & there
to be held for ye. County of Middx to try his Traverse
on an Indictment found against him in July Sessions
last on the [..] Prosecution, of her ye Sd. Elizabeth Marshall< no role > .
but this Dept. upon ye, most Strict & diligent Enquiry could
not find her or any place of her Residence, but left true
Copies of ye. Notice hereunto annexe'd for her with two of
the next of her late Neighbours there to be given by ye
to her, who promised to give her ye. Same as soone as
they should happen to see her And this Dept. hath also
made diligent Inquiry at Several other Places for the Sd.
Elizabeth Marshall< no role > but cannot have any Informacon
where she lives or may be found
