Oath that he this Depont. Did on Friday Last being the 30th.
of June in the forenoon Call at the house of one Mr. French
in Castle Street near Cavendish Square where the prosecutors
now Lodge in Order to Serve a Copy of the Notice hereunto Annexed
They not being at home went again in the Evening of the same day
and then delivered a Copy of the Notice hereunto annext to Mrs.
French the Landlady of the said house and putt another Copy of
the same notice under the Door of the Lodging room of the
Prosecutors up two pair of Stairs in the said house And this-
Depont. further Saith that the Deft. Informing this Depont.
that Mrs. Williams the prosecutor Denyed the receipt of the-
said Notices he the said Deft. Did Ask the said Mrs. William
where he should Leave another Notice for her who said it
should be Left as this Depont. is informed at the house of
Thomas Watmore< no role > at the Phenix in Princess Street near
Cavendish Square and accordingly on monday morning last
about Nine of the Clock in the Forenoon did deliver another
Coppy of the sd. Notice hereunto Annext to the Wife of the
Said Mrs Watmore at the Phenix the house aforesaid for the
Prosecutor
