Whereas the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
poor of the parish of St. Clement Danes in this
County have exhibited their humble peticon and
appeale unto this Court at this present General Quarter
Sessions of the Peace holden for this County by adjornmt.
on Tuesday the eighteenth day of April instant
Settingforth that by an Order under the hands & Seales
of two of his Maties Justices of the peace for the said
County (Quorum Unus) bearing date the twelfth day of
April instant John Hudson< no role > an Infant aged about two
Yeares was removed from the Hamlett of Hammer Smith
in the Parish of Fulham in this County to the sd. parish of
St. Clement Danes as the place of his last legal
Settlement, And that the Petrs. thinking themselves aggreived
by the Judgment of the said two Justices of the peace
appealed to this Court against the same, the matter
of which appeale was appointed to be heard and
determined by this Court on this present Friday the
twenty first day of April instant, Now upon mocon made
Unto this Court by Councell for the Churchwarden and
Overseers of the poor of the said hamlet of Hammersmith
praying that the hearing of the sd. appeale may be
adjourned This Court on hearing of Councell for the
