against him for assaulting beating and evilly entreating
Diana< no role > his Wife is fined for the sd. offence three shillings &
four pence and he is Ordered to enter into a recognizance
himselfe in four hundred pounds with two sufficient
Sureties or pledges in two hundred pounds each, to keep
the peace towards his Majesty and all his Leige people
and especially towards the sd. Diana his Wife & to be of
his good behaviour for the terme and space of seven
years now next ensueing, which sd. recognizance is to
be entred into, and fees Sureties or pledges are to be
approved of and taken Sr. John [..]

George Treweeks is comitted to New prison at Clerkenwell
in this County there to remain till he pays the sd. Fine
enter into such recognizance, and find such Sureties and
pledges as aforesd, then to be delivered paying his Fees
£1-1s-4d.
