The Humble Petition and
appeal of the Church wardens
and Overseers of the poor of the
Parish of St. Botolph without
Aldgate in the County of Midlx

Sheweth.


That by Warrt or Order of Removell under
the hands and seals of Thomas West< no role > and Robert
[..] Two of his Majties Justices of the peace
for the said County of Middx (Quor unus) bearing [..]
the [..] th day of this Just Sarah Hastings< no role > wife
of John Hastings< no role > Marnr was removed from the
Parish of St. George in the County of Midlx . to the
said Parish of St. Botolph without Aldgate as
the place of the last legall Settlement of the said
Sarah Hastings< no role > That your Petitr: think's
themselves aggrieved by the said Order and
Humbly appeals against the same,

Your Petitrs: Therefore Humbly
pray you will be pleased to Order
the Church wardens and Overseers of
the poor of the sd. Parish of St. George
and all other Persons concerned to
attend this Court Same day this
present Sessions to hear and abide
the Indictment and Determinacons of
this Court touching the premises and
that your Petitrs: may have such
Reliefe therein as to Justice and Law
doth Appertain
