Oath that he this Deponent on monday ye thirty
first day of May last past between the hours of
Eight and twelve in the forenoon of the Same
day did drink with Samuel Cook< no role > framework
Knitter in Old Stratford in the County of Northamp-
-ton aforesaid part of one pinte of all and this
Deponent farther Saith that he the Said Samuell
Cook< no role > informd him this Deponent that he was
Obleidged to Leave London for buying of
worsted Capps which he bleiv'd were not honestly
Come by and untill that matter was made up he
would See London no more and at the Same time
delivered to this Deponent a note to Give to his
Daughter liveing in Chisel Street London but

the Said Cook went afterwards this Deponent
knoweth not
