hath pleaded not Guilty to an Indictmt. agt him for assaulting
beating & wounding one Elizabeth Evance< no role > & also to Another
Indictmt. for assaulting beating & wounding Sarah Evance< no role >
is remanded & comitted to Newprison aforesd. for want of
Sufficient Sureties for his appearance att the next Genal
Sessions of the Peace to be held for this County to Psecute his
traverse with effect upon the sd. two severall Indictmts. to
remain till he finds such Sureties then to be delivered
paying his Fees 9s.4d

Thomas Burgesse< no role > in the parish of Hendon in this County untill
his body be bloody, att such time as the Sherriffe of this County
shall forthwith appoint, And the sd. John Statham< no role > is remanded &
comitted to New prison att Clerkenwell in this County thereto
remain till he undergoe the sd. Punishmt. then to be delivered
Paying his Fees 4s-8d
