Upon mocon of Councell for William Stevenson< no role >
It is Ordered by this Court that the sd. William
Stevenson
< no role > be at libert(who had given notice of
trying his traverse upon this day upon an
Indictment against him forexeeexerciseing the
trade of a Glover contrary to Law) be at liberty
to try his said traverse on Saturday next at ten
of the clock in the forenoon, And notice hereof &
of the said trial is forthwith to be given to the
Prosecutors of the said Indictment,
