Whereas the Churchwarden & Overseers of the poor
of the parish of St. Paul Covent Garden in this County
have exhibited their humble peticon & appeale
Unto this Court Setting forth that by an Order under
the hands & Seales of Sr. Thomas Clarges< no role > Bart . and
Anthony Corbiers< no role > Esqr . two of his Maties Justices of
the Peace for this County (Quorm Unus) bearing
date the third day of April instant Margaret
Coussons
< no role > aged about twenty seven yeares was
removed from the parish of St. George Hanover
Square in this County to the said parish of St. Paul
Covent Garden as the place of her last legal Settlemt.
And that the Petrs. thinking themselves aggrieved by
the aforesaid Order of the said two Justices of the
peace doe appeale against the same to this
Court, whereupon at the request of the Petrs.
It is Ordered by this Court that the benefit of
the said appeale be Saved unto them, And that
the hearing & determining thereof be and the
same is hereby adjourned Untill the next
General [..] Sessions of the peace to be holden for
this County, And that the Church wardens and
Overseers of the poor of the Said parish of St. George
