hath pleaded not guilty to an Indictment against him for a trespasse
and Assault is comitted to Newprison aforesaid for want of Sufficient
Sureties for his personall appearance att the next Genall Sessions
of the peace to be held for this County to psecute his Traverse with
effect upon the said Indictment, to remain till he find such Sureties
then to be delivered paying his Fees fourteen shillings and Eight
pence; more four and four pence in all Seventeen Shillings.

trespasse and assault is fined 5s which is Ordered to be Estreated and
she is to be delivered out of Newprison - aforesaid paying her
Fees to the Clerk of the peace fourteen Shillings and four Pence
