That Your Petitr. lyes under your
Worship's pleasure for a Nuisance in Boyling
of Horse Flesh and as he was bayld out of New
Prison I mis last Sessions to traverse his Indictmt.
on the sd. Nuisance

That your Petitrs. Landlord Suris the Eali [..]
wanted nothing but to be rid of your Pentr. to improve
the Tenemt. And to make the benefit another way

Your Petitr. most humbly desires that he
may be call'd to the Barr to traverse
his indictmt. [..] And to answer such
Accupations as may he alleadgd agt
him

And Your Petitr. Shall ever
pray Etc.
