The said Drft in this Cause maketh Oath that on or about
five weeks last past he this Depont was seized with a
violent Feavour with wch he hath ever since been confi
-nrd in his house and Chamber and that this Depont
is now very ill & weake and confined to his house &
Chamber & that he [..] cannot goe out of his house without
the utmost danger of his life.
