now convicted upon an Indictment against him for a notorious trespasse &
misdeameanour is comitted to the house of Correccon att Clerkenwell
in this County there to be kept to hard labour for the terme & space
of two whole Years and att the End of the said two Years he is to
find Sufficient Sureties to be of his good behaviour for One whole
year then next Ensueing and he is to remaine untill he Undergoe the
said imprisonment & find such Sureties as aforesaid then to be delivered
paying his Fees 15s: 2d

convicted upon an Indictment against him for a trespass and
misdeameanour is comitted to the house of Correccon att Clerkenwell
in this County there to be kept to hard labour for six months then
to be delivered paying his Fees 15s: 2d

is acquitted upon an Indictment against him upon the PSecucon of
One William Taylor< no role > for unlawfully ripping & takeing away a
Quantity of Lead being fixed to his Freehold Tenement & is to be
delivered out of the house of Correccon aforesaid is detained for us
other cause when delivered to pay 15s: 2d

The said John Powell< no role > was convicted upon Another Indictment against
him for unlawfully ripping taking & carrying Away a Quantity
of lead from the freehold Tenement of One Edward Jenning< no role > & is
comitted to the house of Correccon aforesaid there to be kept to hard
labour for the tenne & space of two whole Years then to be delivered
if detained for no other cause paying his Fees 15s: 2d
