Mr. Matthew Regnand< no role >
was bound over by Justice Lamber
upon the Complaint of Henry Perr< no role >
a Hackney Coachman
for
assaulting and beateing him, Of this, noe due care has
been taken, and the Recognizance has been Estreated.
And now hee informed, that procoss are in the Hands of
the Sherriffe
of Middx
, against him and his Bayle, upon
their forfeited and Estreated Recognizance. I desire you
therefore to speake to Mr. Benson to delay his procudings
all hee possibly can att least till my returne to Towne
att the usuall time. Mr. Regnand is a person that I have
a great Esteem for, and is now proceptor of the Earle of
Coventry's Children, and I desire you to regard his Case
accordingly, and am 5s.
