The Cass

That Thomas Banbury< no role > was bound by Indenture
apprentice to the above said John Whaley< no role > for the terme
of seven years to the trade of a Stockin Needle Master
and that he has [..] Served his Sd Master almost Six
years & performed his Masters business honestly & Justly
and diligently and a an apprentice ought to doe and
Never Neglected his Masters business nor Staid out of
his house late at Nights

That the Sd. Master has Very much wounded beat &
brinsed his Sd. apprentice in Very barbarous
