Whereas John Robinson< no role > of the parish of St. Mary
WhiteChappell in this County exhibited his
humble peticon & appeale unto the Court of the
last General Quarter Sessions of the peace holden
for this County by adjornment on Monday the
thirteenth day of October last settingforth that
by Order under the hands & seales of John Oakey< no role >
& Henry Norris< no role > Esqrs . two of his Maties. Justices of
the peace for the said County bearing date the
twenty sixth day of July last the Petr. was
adjudged to be the reputed Father of a Female
Bastard Child born on the body of Rebecca Guiney< no role > in the Hamblett of Bethnal Green in the said
County, and was thereby Ordered to pay several sumes of money
in the said Order menconed on account of the said
child, And that the Petr. thought himselfe agrieved
by the said Order, and appealed to the sd. Court against
the same, the matter of which appeale was appointed
to be heard by the same Court on Saturday the
eighteenth day of the same Month [..] of October , And
whereas by an Order made by the said Court on
that day the hearingof the said app& determining
the matter of the said appeale was & stands
adjourned untill this present General Quarter
