HamletofBethnal Green in the saidCounty
ofMiddlesex and to the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of theParishofLoughton
in theCounty of Essex
and to every of them, and to all others, whom these
may concern.

WHEREAS it appeareth unto us, two of his Majesty's Justices of
the Peace for the saidCountyofMiddlesex (Quor' Unus) by the
Complaint of the Churchwarden and Overseers of the Poor of the
HamletofBethnal Green in the saidCountythat
Edward Hemmings< no role > is

lately come, and Intruded into the saidHamletofBethnal Green
Endeavouring to gain a Settlement there contrary to Law,
andis likely tobecome a great Charge to the said Hamlet
which we adjudge to be true, and whereas,upon the Examinacon of the sd
Edward Hemmings< no role > taken before us upon Oath

it appears unto us, That the saidEdward Hemmings< no role > was
last legally Settled in the saidparish
ofLoughton in the County of Essex and thathe hath
notsince gained any legal Settlement
elsewhere: Therefore, We the said Justices, upon the Proof aforesaid, and other
Circumstances, do Adjudge and Deem the Place of the last legal Settlement
of the saidEdward Hemmings< no role >
to be in the saidparishofLoughton
and whither by Lawheought to be sent.

THESE are therefore, in his Majesty's Name, strictly to Charge and
Command you the said Churchwarden and Overseers of the Poor
of the saidHamlet of Bethnal Green or either of you,
forthwith to remove and convey the saidEdward Hemmings< no role >

from and out of your saidHamletofBethnal Green in and
to the saidparishofLoughton in the County of Essex
and deliverhim(together with this Precept) to the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor, there, or some, or one of them, who are hereby
required to receive and provide forhimaccording to Law, Given
under our Hands and Seals, thetenthDay ofMarchin the
thirdYear of the Reign of our SovereignLord George the Second
by the Grace of God, of Great Britain, France, and Ireland,KingDefender
of the Faith, Etc, Anno Domini 1729
