Setting att Hicks Hall in St. Johns
Street

The Humble Pettison of Thomas Fissher< no role > being
(brother to George Fisher< no role > ) the prisoner being
in a very sick and in a very weak Condition
and never known to be Guilty of such Offence
before this Crime which is but Small your
petitiner Humbly Craves in behalf of the
prisoner that the Sentance may be medigated
as you in your wise Discretion shall think
Proper

And your petitioner as in Duty bound shall
Ever pray
