Sheweth

That your petitioner in Rated Two pounds ten
Shillings P annum for & towards the necessary
Releif of the poor of the said parish of Saint Gyle's
without Cripplegate for this prsent year 1730

That yor: Petition apprehend he pays on are in
Proporton than there it of his Neighbours who are
of ye. like or better ability & Circumstances, therefore thinks
himself aggrieved by ye. said Rate, and
humbly Appeal against ye. same, Pray nigt
such Relief in ye. pr in, as to yor. Worpps shall
