the said prison, in Order to repay the moneys
borrowed of & advanced by Sr. Henry Penrice< no role >
Knt . formerly Treasurer for maimed Soldiers &
Mariners within the said Hundreds to defray
the expence & charge of Strong theving and
repairing the said Prison since the time of
the Petitioner's being appointed Keeper of the
same And in case the petr. Should make
default in payment as aforesaid the Bond by him
given as Keeper of New prison aforesaidshould
was to be be put in suit against him, This Court upon
consideracon had of the premisses Is of opinion
And doth according by Order that the s'aid recited
Order as to the payments hereby directed to be made doe stand in full force, And that the Petr.
doe forthwith pay [..] unto the said Barwell

pounds & twenty pounds therein menconed for
the purpose therein [..] expressed, And
doth further Order that It be thereupon

in the said peticon And to consider of the same And if in their Judgment it
is reasonable [..] that the Petr. shouldbe easedbe eased for
the future [..] as to any of the
matters therein specifyed, and in what respect,
And totheir opinions in writing to upto
make their Report in writing touching the premisses unto
the Court of General Quarter or General Sessions of the peace
for this County.
