Whereas the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
poor of the parish of St. Mary Le Stand in this
County Exhibited their humble peticon and
appeale unto this Court at this present
Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace holden
for the said County by adjornmt. on Monday
the ninth day of October instant setting forth
that by an order under the hands seales of
Sr . John Gonson< no role > Knt . & Joseph Hayne< no role > Esqr . two of
his Maties. Justices of the peace for the sd. County
(Quorum unus) beareing date the twentyeth day of
September last John Bowran< no role > and Mary< no role > his Wife
with their child named mary< no role > aged about four
yeares were removed from the parish of st. Clement
Danes in this County to the said parish of St. Mary le
Strand as the place of their last legall settlement
by the Judgmet. of the said two Justices of the peace
appealed to this Court against the same, which
appeale was appointed to be heard & determined by
