false arts & prtences, is remanded & comitted to
his Majesties Goale of Newgate for want of
Sufficient Sureties for his appearance at the next
Sessions of Oyer & Terminer to be held for this
County to psecute his traverse with effect upon the
said Indictment, to remain till he finds such sureties
before John Milner< no role > and John Ellis< no role > Esqrs or
either of them, to whom it is recomended and
