the Parish of St. Margaret Westmr . in

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant Under the
hands and Seals of Bask. Johnson< no role > and Robt. Jackson< no role >
Esqrs. two of his Maties Justices of the Peace for the said County
of Middx bearing Date the 15th. day of November Ano.
Dui 1727 . Sara Sumner< no role > Aged about Four Years
and Nine Months the Daughter of James Sumner< no role >
and Jane< no role > his Wife was removed from and out of the
Hamlett of Wapping Stepney in the said County of
the said Parish of St. Margaret Westmr . as the Place
of her Lawfull Settlement.

That Your Petrs. thinking themselves Agrieved
by the Judgment of the said two houses humbly Appeal
to your Worships against the same.

Therefore humbly Pray your Worsps.
will please to Order, That the Church
Warden and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Hamlett of Wapping
Stepney may att end this Court some
Day this Quarter Sessions to hear
and abide the final Determinacon
of this Court touching the sd Appeal
